It all started in 1986 when my relative with his 1960”s VW Beetle contacted me to rebuild his worn & troublesome engine. I already had experience in motorcycle rebuilding and I accepted to rebuild the engine after my graduation as a mechanical engineer. Those days importing auto parts was very difficult,we learned to fabricate small parts in my machine shop. Eventually I also owned three VWBeetles from 1989 till date that were daily driven around 5 - 6 lakh kms and also became an active member of BCBC club.
